I think a lot of the negative comments about this game are coming from the same kind of thinking that gave the movie grief. I just got the game and after playing for a bit, I must say I am very happy with the game. It's fun and the controls are better than most I've experienced in the past. I love how you can play through the four different playable characters, upping their levels and customizing them with upgrades. I also think it's the perfect game to get in time for Halloween. Sneaking around haunted houses and graveyards with ghosts popping out everywhere. Very atmospheric. I also see a high re-playability factor here. Best Ghostbusters game? No, but just like the new movie, the problem is people are comparing it to the previous game which was also a great game. This one is different, but just as good in as far as being fun to play. If you can manage to grow up and face the fact that these franchises are meant to evolve over time and change and just enjoy the game as it is, you will no be disappointed.This game was so fun to play and what we loved the most is that it gives you the option to play with up to 4 players in this one. The graphics are good and as you collect points you can upgrade your character in several ways. The only downside is that there are not alot of characters to choose from, I was so hoping you could play as the original cast characters but, as this game is meant mostly for ages 8 and up, well you cant expect magic. But for what its worth we played this game on christmas morning and got so into it we didn't realize we had spent the better part of the morning playing it because we enjoyed it so much. 1-10 ten being best outcome, this game is a high 6 low 7. Kids will enjoy it for sure!I purchased this thinking it was Ghostbusters The Video game... you know, the real one! The one with the original cast! But nooooo, apparently they made this game with rando characters and its all cartoony... that being said its actually not horrible... its more like a 4 person shooter from overhead view game similar to a marvel game we used to play on PS2... not what i was looking for but time waster for my son and I... overall, buy the correct oneTrading it back in on release day. Is that review enough?The game is too short about 6 hours which is kind of the norm in most games however where this falls short where others are excused for that is that there is no multiplayer only local multiplay so 6 hours is all you get and there isn't much reason to play a level again once you've passed it the AI like in other reviews is horrible. The graphics aren't good but they have a appeal to them the cartoon themed look is kinda cool I liked it probably the part of the game I do like. It's a dual stick shooter kinda the buttons are in my opinion awkwardly assigned and can't be changed I'd like to be able to re-map several of them to prevent hand cramping "it is a button masher"Don't waste your money unless it's on a killer sale $20 or less. My guess this one will be a freebie for PS Plus members before long. You can live without it until that day comes trust me. The game is fun for the first hour or two but then the levels just drag on there again is no multiplayer unless local with 2-4 separate controllers which would work great if people actually did that these days. I tried playing with my kids but they got bored with it before I did. I love the old movies only reason I actually bought the game was hoping it'd be like the last Ghostbusters movie game not even close though...I liked that game! I have not finished it yet but we really enjoy it. I saw some bad reviews but I do not agree. People say it is not good because it is not like the movie or it does not have the names of the characters but it actually gives you the option to name the characters as you want. It is from the few games that exist for ps4 with local coop and it is really entertaining! We tried it with 2 people but you can play it up to 4.Great co-op! Fast into the action. No heavy story that you're forced to listen to, as you already know the movie plot line. Not the movie characters, not a problem. Fun game. The ghosts are not super cheesy, but rather semi creepy looking. Only down side is that I wish there were a few more levels to play.Son and Grandson love it!I bought this for my 7 year old daughter who is into the new Ghostbusters and she loves it. Ni siquiera para el platino porque un trofeo obliga a que haya 4 jugadores al mismo tiempo.Average game ??ゴーストバスターズ最高です。１部屋１部屋にボスがいて最初全然楽です。あまり難しくないですがさすがにクリヤして進めると厳しい物があります一部屋にボスがどんどん増えていきすし雑魚も攻撃しずらくなっていきます。ボスは封印しないと倒せないですが、中ボスらしきボスは銃で倒せるのと、封印しないとダメなやつがいます。仲間は３人自分会わせて四人です。彼らの武器はおもちゃみたいで(笑)キャラクターを操作してるとおもちゃを使ってみるみたいで楽しい。こういったゲームは彼女や女の子とデート中でもいいと個人的に思います。映画の用に敵を倒すとペンキまみれになったりするのもおもしろい。個人的には仲間が３人いるから死なないと余裕と思ってましたが全滅しました。さすがに厳しい物がありますが難易度高いと感じませんでした。まだ全然いけんじゃねって感じです。おすすめです。
