07/30/2018 - Update recent updates to either the Xbox console or the game itself have fixed the crashing. I haven't seen anything in a changelog stating that these problems have been fixed, but the game is playable again!!! Four stars returned!Really fun and interesting game. I hope they fix the crashing issue. When go free build or get into a scenario with a really large network (IE, when you have a lot of time invested in a game) the Xbox One freezes and brings you back to the home screen. Sometimes you can play a little further but it usually means starting over and choosing a smaller scenario or just never build that big. Amazed, I have been playing video games on consoles since the Atari 2600 and this is the first console game that doesn't appear to have been fully tested. If I wanted to play games to play a game I would have purchased the PC version and run it on Windows. BTW, the PC version has people reporting the same issue with lockups.But for the good, its addictive, fun, interesting and makes you think and plan ahead! The computer players (who dont bother with signaling) are good enough to keep you aggravated and can be competitive if you get distracted.Figured I would give Kalypso Support a try. Before contacting them they force you to signup for a "Kalypso Account." They also have you click that you have read the privacy policy except its in German. " Ich habe die Datenschutzbestimmungen zur Kenntnis genommen." The game is probably going to be returned to Amazon for this reason alone. Why do I need to give away my contact information, date of birth, address to ask for help with a defective product? Whats going to happen if Kalypso is hacked and all this information is released?
